  I took my bike to get repaired and the service was excellent. The gentleman who served us was professional, fast and helpful. He suggested some other solutions which we took on board. We joined the 99 club for $5 and saved money also. Really enjoyed the experience. Well done and thank you.

  Absolutly appalling. If you don't own a bike worth more then a car they will treat you and your bike like garbage. Waited 20 mins for service. Finally i got service when he had finished talking to the nonexistent customers in the store. Go anywhere else other then this 99 bikes. I'm sure cash converters could sell you a bike better.
