  Bought a bed and a couch from them a week ago. The couch arrived and didn't fit into the door of the apartment (which was largely my fault because I should have checked prior). The bed unfortunately arrived with some minor damage on it, and though it was a bit disheartening when I brought it up with the staff at the store they went above and beyond to set things right. They gave us a good deal on a replacement couch and dining table with free transport. In my opinion the only way you know whether a store is good or bad is by seeing how the respond after a mistake has been made, and Fantastic Furniture at Windsor proved they really do care about their customers!

  Staff are wonderful when you're in the store but whatever you order will arrive late, it will arrive broken and it will arrive with pieces missing. Anything that needs replacing will take weeks and there's no way of knowing that the replacement won't be broken, late and have pieces missing.

  To say the least, Kirrily has been nothing short of amazing with her beautiful energy she transmitted through a phone call conversation and incredible customer service skills. I have not experienced someone as helpful and so pleasant to deal with, especially with all the chops and changes I have made in my order.

  Great customer service from Kelly at Windsor just now. I had to give the store a call as its been 3 weeks awaiting delivery of a bookcase that was supposedly meant to take 10days. Kelly was totally with it and said that its a pain it shouldn't take so long, looked online for me said its a problem in Sydney and they just won't deliver them . So she said I can come in and pick anything else or get a full refund. Super polite and lovely phone manner. How stress free was that im not even upset . Up front ,honest and found a reconciliation

  Bought a large furniture package from this store recently. All the staff I dealt with were amazing! Extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If the person i had dealt with wasnt available, someone else just stepped up and helped out. They brought my delivery forward for me at my request and did everything possible to accommodate our body corporate people. The delivery guys were extremely polite and efficient and i would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone! ps - the furniture is great too - very solid.
